SPACE WILL BE ASSIGNED TO THE FIRST 100 VENDORS RETURNING APPLICATION AND PAYMENT

VENDOR APPLICATION AND RULES: HANDCRAFTED AND DIRECT SALES ITEMS!

NOTE---THIS IS A FIRST COME - FIRST SERVE BASIS. Our space assignment policy is as follow: Returning vendors will have 1st option on their last assigned space. They will also have the 1st option to move to any vacant space after application deadline, in order of receipt of their application. One time only vendors may fill out an application but will be added to the waiting list for the next craft show.

I / we hereby apply for exhibitor space at the above craft show and agree to abide by the following conditions:

​

1.  In consideration of the allotment of space to me, I release the Lake-Lehman Band Sponsors and the Lake-Lehman School District, Lehman, Pa., from all liability for damage to myself and my property from fire, theft, breakage, or any other cause while said premises are being occupied under this agreement.

​

2.  Vendor space is approx. 100 sq. ft. and the cost is $40.00 per space. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, extension cords, etc. (Note: A very limited number of tables are available to rent at $10.00).

​

3.  Crafters may set up on Saturday, November 22nd starting at 7:00 a.m. and must keep their booths open until 3:00 p.m.  Reserved vendor placement will be held until 9:00 a.m.  After this time, random placement will take place for late arrivals.

​

4. After you unload your crafts, please park your vehicle in the large side lot of the High School, leaving more space for our customers to park out front.

​

5.  Please return applications postmarked by October 18, 2025. If your application is not postmarked by this day, your spot will be considered forfeited.  Confirmation will be sent when application is accepted.  NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON!! 

​

6. The show will be advertised in local papers, radio and TV stations and posters and flyers distributed.

​

7.  Our cafeteria will be open all day with hot food and baked goods available. We also have a Chinese Auction, and vendors are asked to donate an item. Please attach your business card to the item to advertise your product.
